Meet the coach, your creative copilot, and fellow sensitive human.
Olga Naroditskaya, Somatic Practitioner + Business Coach
Hi, I’m Olga—a neurodivergent therapist, somatic practitioner, enthusiastic vision board maker, and marketing coach based in North Carolina.
I help socially conscious, neurospicy entrepreneurs like you build businesses that honor your unique strengths, embrace your weirdness, and create meaningful impact.
I discovered my own neurodivergence in adulthood (le shock!) several years into my entrepreneurial journey, and ✨automagically✨ (to borrow a term from Amelia Hruby of the Off The Grid podcast), several things became very clear:
My loathing of SMART goals.
My charming habit of GOING. ALL. IN. on a project, only to burn out in a blaze of glory and abandon it weeks or months later.
My deeep sensitivity and complete disdain for all-size-fits-all approaches to business.
Discovering neurodivergence and the impact it’s had on my business life has been profound, coming second only to the time in middle school when I finally got glasses and realized I could see the math problems on the board in all its beautiful crispness.
After experimenting with different ways of managing my sensitivity in business, somatic work helped me to feel safe being seen as I am (trauma baggage and all) instead of constantly running the treadmill of constant perfectionism disguised as personal growth.
Because your clients don’t need another beige pantsuit-wearing, buttoned-up practitioner - they need you, with all your human messiness intact.
And as a formal coaching course collector, I haven’t yet found a space that can hold that kind of nuance.
That could hold difference.
That could understand highly sensitive, neurospicy humans in a way that felt compassionate, supportive, collaborative, and safe.
That could get really curious about what our strengths and challenges were.
That could help us lovingly progress through our business journey at our own pace, reflecting our own unique strengths back to us.
Helping us unfreeze, slow down, tame our inner critic, and unleash our gifts in a world that wasn’t built for us.
That’s the kind of space I hold here at Rebel Bloom. Because I love you and your brain that refuses to fit into a box or a corporate structure. And I love us. And I fully, wholeheartedly believe there’s a group of equally messy, weird, fully human clients that are just waiting for you to make their lives better with the work that only you can do.
And I’m here to help you find them.
FAQs
How is your approach different than other business coaches?
Unlike many coaches, I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all strategies or hustling your way to success. My approach is rooted in understanding the unique ways your neurodivergent brain works. I combine nervous system regulation, somatic practices, and compassionate coaching to create a space where you feel safe to experiment, fail, and thrive at your own pace. Together, we build a business that supports your strengths and accommodates your challenges.
Do you only work with neurodivergent clients?
Not at all! While I have a special passion for working with neurodivergent entrepreneurs, I also support women and nonbinary folks who want to create socially conscious businesses that allow them to financially thrive. It’s deeply important to me to help groups that have historically been under-resourced build businesses that sustain them. My goal is to guide you through the fear of being seen so you can share your work with the people who truly need it—without burning out or sacrificing your values along the way.
What does it mean to run a business that aligns with my neurodivergent brain?
It means creating systems, schedules, and strategies that feel intuitive and energizing rather than draining. It’s about honoring your creativity, sensitivity, and unique way of processing while minimizing overwhelm and burnout. It also means embracing rest as a priority, celebrating your wins (no matter how small), and building a business that supports your well-being as much as your success.
How do you help clients navigate fear of visibility or rejection, especially when putting themselves and their businesses out into the world?
We start by acknowledging the fear as valid—visibility is vulnerable! Then, we break the process into small, safe steps, focusing on building confidence over time. I also teach nervous system regulation techniques to calm that fight-or-flight response, so you can show up authentically without burning out.
How do you support clients in setting realistic, sustainable goals without overwhelming them?
I help clients ditch the cookie-cutter goals (hello, SMART goals!) and instead focus on what truly matters to them. Together, we design flexible, values-driven goals that honor their energy levels and capacity, breaking them into bite-sized, guilt-free steps that feel doable. How can I effectively balance work and rest without feeling guilty, especially as a neurodivergent business owner?
What types of business systems and tools do you recommend for neurodivergent business owners?
The first step is redefining rest as productive—it’s what allows you to keep showing up! I help clients identify where guilt is coming from and replace it with self-compassion. We also create sustainable routines that include rest as an essential part of the plan, not a reward.
Can you help me navigate and manage executive dysfunction while running my business?
I love systems that are simple, flexible, and neurodivergent-friendly! Think tools like ClickUp or Notion for organizing ideas, Acuity for scheduling, and automations to reduce repetitive tasks. The key is choosing tools that work with your brain, not against it.
